Do you offer refunds?
No, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, we do provide exchanges or store credit within 7 days of your tracking number's delivery date. To qualify, items must be returned in their original, new condition (see details below).
What qualifies as "original, new condition”?
This means the hair extensions must NOT:
• Have been worn, washed, conditioned, installed, brushed, combed, or styled in any way
- Have had curls separated or become frizzed
- Have been colored, bleached, or chemically altered
- Have had the original ties removed or cut
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on hair that has been altered in any form. No exceptions.
Is there a restocking fee?
Yes, a 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Items must be unopened and unaltered in new condition. The remaining balance will be given as a store credit.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! If your item is in like-new condition. You may exchange it for another item. Any price difference and shipping cost are your responsibility.
- If the new item costs more, you'll need to cover the difference.
- If it costs less, you'll receive store credit for the remaining balance. Store credits do not expire.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping service that includes tracking, as we are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges.

Do I need to contact you before sending a return?
Yes! Returns or exchanges sent without prior contact will be denied. Please reach out to us before sending anything back.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Your full name
- Your order number
- The reason for the return or exchange

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
