Shipping & Processing

Standard Processing 

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Your order will be processed within 1 to 5 business days. Shipping does not occur on weekends or holidays, so any orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next business day. You’ll receive a tracking number for your order, so please ensure your email and phone number are correct to receive all updates on your order’s status.

Express Processing 

Some orders may be fulfilled the same day. If you need your order expedited, please contact us to confirm if it’s possible before placing your order. You can reach us via chat on our website or by phone at (904) 674-7003.
We are not responsible for any orders that are not processed faster than our standard timeframe if you haven’t contacted us first.

Shipping 

Shipping is done Monday the Friday with the exclusion of US Federal holidays. Our express shipping is delivered via FedEx or USPS and takes 2-4 business days.

The Hairquarters Salon LLC is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Signature requirement is available for purchase. Claims related to lost packages, for which the carrier supplies photographic proof of delivery, cannot be guaranteed.
